Your account
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own the transcripts, notes and feedback you add. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service. Only add student information you are allowed to share.
AI-generated feedback
Drafts are created with AI and can contain mistakes. Teachers must review every draft before approving it, and are responsible for what they publish to students.
Free drafts and payment
New teacher accounts include a limited number of free drafts. Lifetime access is a one-time payment processed by Stripe and is tied to your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, try to access other people's data, or interfere with its operation.
- Do not upload content you don't have the right to use.
Ending use
You can stop using StudentFeedbackOS at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
